Zetor 5211

Inherited a 5211 has set up for 10 months, have new battery. Are there any tricks ie safety switches facial expressions ect to get it to start ?

Try www.zetorworld.com for users to help you out. I have a newer 4341 and the start routine is PTO pulled up, clutch in, crack hand throttle, floor foot feed, ign switch on till glow plug goes off, crank. When starts let off foot feed, fast idle warmup is 1200 rpm.

Press the key down. Thats the secert, turning it to the right only turns the lights on. Then press the starter button. Yours won't have a glow plug, just press the key down, (the fuel gauge will move if the battery is good at this point) advance the hand throttle (this is how you shut the tractor down) and press the button. Now if it just cranks, get off the seat and go the injector pump, you'll find a plunger that you can build fuel pressure up with.
