Zetor 5211 PTO Question

My Dad just bought an older Z 5211. Runs good but they cant get PTO to engage. Fellow he bought it from is out of pocket for a few days, or he may have left country who knows. Any response on shifting sequence would be appreciated by forum response or my e mail is shirleyannlange@yahoo.com. If there is anyone out there who has Zetor 5211 experience and doesnt mind helping, my dad would be glad to call for your help if you didnt mind putting your phone on the e mail response. May not be good idea to put phone on world wild Zetor forum as you would probably have to have phone disconnected. Thanks to anyone for any help. dlange
