What gearbox oil should I be using in my ZD 323 mower deck gearbox?
Any synthetics?

Any gear oil. Your Owners manual will tell you what Kubota recommends. It's just being lubricated and not run dry.

Should just need an 80w-90, but a synthetic 75w-90 would work too.
