ZD-18 w/54\" deck

What is the price range for the new Kubota ZTR's? I'm interested in the ZD-18 w/54" cut. Thanks

Hi! I bought my ZD-18 W/54" Deck for $ 8600.00. I tried just about all other ZTR'S and Kubota's are the best.(I tried John Deere,Exmark,Gravely,Dixon,Scag,Husky etc...). The ZD-18 & the ZD-21 do EXACTLY the same thing (even a Kubota Rep. said save money and get the ZD-18, the ZD-21's extra power is needed to do what the ZD-18 does as it has to push taller & wider tires, plus comes in only 60" Deck which takes extra power to run too)(just so you know I did try both and could have bought either one/at these prices I would have paided the extra gladly if I found the ZD-21 to be better as I need this to last,pay now not later,or wish I did). A ZD-Whatever are so far ahead of the pack! Wow! I don't know what other ZTR'S you have tried,but you should,as once you are done I think you will be a Kubota ZD-18 Owner Too! Andy.

i paid $8800 for zd-21. why not cut 6" more at the same time, for about same money? unless of course, gates, shed doors or whatever may come into play

Hi! My $8600.00 price was WITH tax,blades(3),deck belt,fan belt,pair of fuel filters,3 engine oil filters,3 transmission filters,case of UDT,1 gal. of Rotella T,Touch-Up paint, and a Kubota hat. Sorry I didn't break everything down. Andy.

Darn, that doesn't sound bad. They really loaded you up with stuff. I felt lucky to walk away with the key and the owners manual. I didn't even get a hat.

But, I love my ZD21.

Yea, I use my ZD-18 for commercial lawn care and having one(or more) of all the most common parts is really important. All equipment I buy, I only buy it if I start off with all the basics (oil/air filters,belts etc...), I learned the HARD way with a Honda 4120 Lawn Tractor, could NOT get a belt for 3 months. NEVER AGAIN! I told myself.(Honda would not even cross ref. to any other brand of belt to help me out, I saw a Troy-Built product that looked close,and sure enough it is the same part,got it from them and sold that Honda the next week,yes I told the new owner where to get any more belts)(I do like Honda stuff I still have 1 Honda Comm. Hydro.22",and 4-Stroke Weed-Wacker). I sure love Kubota all ZD Series and I'm quite a growing fan of the BX Series.(I moved from Canada to SC, I only need mowing ability here,but if I was back up North a BX with blower & mower would rule)(Oh,by the way I am American & Canadian,love both!)

Hi! I got My ZD-18 in N.C. (no tax this way) look for a dealer that has one this time of year(very good deals,now with war and all) I hunted all over N.C. to find one(by the way all SC dealers wanted more ,plus the extra tax no way!, and I would have to wait 2+ months,couldn't do that I was down to only 1 Honda comm. hydro 22",and JD Alum.22", needed something BIG)The dealer I got mine from had to do a dealer trade and won't have more from Kubota 'till November or so. That's why I think I would look for a nearby state dealer(mine is close enough he WILL get any repair/heavy maint. projects, around 100 miles away) where ever you are. Shopping around and NOT biting on the first deal seems to work for me. Andy.
