Coming to seasons end for mowing, I decided to service the hydros and adjust the valves on the Kawasaki FX730V. Found a service kit on Amazon for the Hydro Gear ZT3400 transmissions. Kit had the 2 filters and 5 quarts of oil, had to get a 6th quart to get expansion tank to full cold mark. Not a bad job just time consuming. Filling the system with 20/50wt is slow going. Adjusting the valves was not bad and glad I did it. Minor changes on cylinder 1, cylinder 2 the exhaust valve was pretty loose. I haven't posted on here in quite awhile but after finding that one valve quite loose I thought those folks with the Kawasaki engines might want to know.
