yr2000 C4005-DI w/bush hog $7,500 any good?

Does a year 2000 Mahindra C4005-DI with only 100 hours on it with a bush hog for $7,500 sound like a good deal? This old lady's husband died and that is what she is asking for it. My guess is that she'll take less. I recently bought 41 acres of land to run water buffaloes on and I need a tractor to take care of it. I wish that it were a 4WD.

I bought the same unit, with FEL, 6 ft Brush Hog, and Box Blade for $10K. Mine had 475 hours, and I think I got a good deal, especially when you price new. I would prefer to have 4 wheel drive for the FEL, but it still does a great job. Runs like a top, and does everything I want, except digging a pond, but can't have everything.
