I have had several Yanmar YM3810 tractors, both 2 and 4 wheel drive. This is probably my favorite Yanmar tractor.
The 3810 is a large tractor for a compact, and the power shift transmission is great.
Like all tractors, the condition of a tractor can run from excellent to junk.
I have sold several to farmer customers of mine, and they use them to cut their grass. They have all been very happy.
Be very careful of painted or "reconditioned" tractors. There are many Vietnamese reconditioned tractors being sold that are junk. My shop has seen many so called "reconditioned" tractors that are so worn that they are not worth fixing. If you see a Japanese grey market tractor that has been painted, has extremely low hours or has been reconditioned, please be very wary.
