Yanmar RS1205 Tiller Yoke

Hello everyone I have an old Yanmar RS1205 tiller and the yoke on the gearbox has broken. It is a QD style yoke with a 16 count 1 1/8" spline with inside snap ring full round joint. I've checked all over the internet and apparently this is an oddball size. Where might I find this yoke? Is there sleeve available to convert this to standard size 6 spline?
