I have had an AF33D for 7 years. Hydraulics always played up but has got worse to the point I can hardly use it. Local tractor hydraulics shop can't find problem. The pump develops good pressure and the hydraulics are clean. I bought an FX32 owner's manual from Hoye but it is older model and no help with this problem.
Does anyone know where to get wiring diagram or manual for this model?
Any clues where to look for the problem.
Something is giving false signal to load up hydraulics[After starting, the loader can be raised and lowered but the 3 point won't raise. Also the tilt cylinder on the right 3 point won't raise. The hydraulic system gets the yips. After warming up, everything works with some jiggling, but then after half or 1 hour when hot the problem comes back. The only way to get the 3 point up and down is auto raise and lower toggle. Move the 3 point control lever up or down, and I might get a jerky response after 1 minute.
Is the problem:
left/right tilt control where a dodgy cable to a rotary rheostat? measures the cylinder extension?
draft control, I have no implements to connect to the input sockets at the back?
poor earth somewhere in control wiring? :?:
