Yanmar 3110D Front end loader

Hi everyone,

I wonder if some one could help me: I’ve got a Yanmar 3110D which was supposed to have the front end loader. It comes with all hydraulic gear and tubes for front loader and the support for it as well. The question is there are no arms. I would like to build my self the arms but no idea of size and angle for the arms. Can some send me the draw? I’m in Mozambique (Africa), and it is very hard to get anything from here…

Or at least does anyone have an Ynamar (3110D) with front end loader which can make me a small draw with sizes dimension of the arms? This could help me a lot!

Jose, I have some pictures that might help. They are of a FEL, about the equal to a Koyker 80 model in dimentions. As I dont want to clutter the board I will include a few. It will require you to modify the numbers to accommodate a much bigger tractor, but may be as simple as adding in inches, length, width and material thickness. Regards, Mark

As you can tell (hopefully) that it may seem a little complicated but, if your equipped and have access to the materials, It shouldnt be too difficult. Good Luck, Mark

Hi Mark,

Is it possible to you making a draft, a small draw of the complete front loader showing more less one side with the dimension? The picture you send is helpful but if you can send a draw, will be nice. Tnx in advance for you patience .

Sorry Jose, I have since finished that loader and tractor. And Sold a few months ago. I am trying to help, but I think it would be much easier to email or search for the numbers you require. If there is nothing near you where you can make simple tape measurements, then try FEL manufacturers like Koyker, Allied, Leon, Brush Hog, etc....They should give you the numbers in a response to your email.
