Yanmar 2000 hydraulics

Let me start by saying I don't know much about this sort of stuff. My husband is going to build an arena drag for me (much to his dismay). This is a pretty fancy rig with hydraulics that lift the frame. Here is a link to the drag. Okay, my question is, is my Yanmar 2000 capable of doing this? Right now, I have a brushhog and a mower that I use but I don't think it has any other hydraulics besides the stuff that moves the arms in the back up and down.
