a few days ago it would start normal but if you move the throttle it would throw a AB04 code. now when you start it it's at Full Throttle you cannot turn it down and there's no throttle response with the lever and no code.

Check the throttle linkage. Make sure nothing is bound up. The throttle lever is fly-by-wire, so moving it will not move the linkage to the engine. That is computer controlled. If it is wide open, either something physical is keeping it open (like a spring) or the computer is faulty and telling it to open wide. Hope that makes since.
