XR4040 PTO Isues

I am having a problem with the PTO blowing the fuse on my XR4040. I have disconnected everything and it still blows fuse. Seems it may have something to do with the white/black stripe wire. I can not find a wiring diagram any where. I have search the threads on here but found nothing that helps much. Any and all suggestions would be great.

I have a xr4046, which is basically the same tractor. I believe that these tractor have a pto solenoid that sometimes causes issues. I have never had this problem, but have read about a few others. I have attached a copy of the manual page which shows how to troubleshoot the pto. You may also try searching this forum thru goggle with this trick: (Search Word)site:tractorbynet.com
