Tried starting my tractor and.... Nothing
I checked voltage at the glow plugs and I have no voltage. I think I have a bad glow plug relay.

Is there somebody that can tell me where the glow plug relay is located and how to test it to see if it's bad?

I replied to your PM but just on the off chance it might be helpful to someone else in the future I'll repost this here:

Hi, the lack of power at your glow plugs could be a bad relay or a bad Diesel Control Module. I don't recall off hand which relay controls the glow plugs but they are so easy to test you might as well just test all three. The relays are right under the circuit board mounted to the chassis upright. If those all test good then you probably need to get a new DCM. To test the relays you can disconnect them and apply battery voltage across the coil terminals (at this point you should hear it click), then check for continuity across the load terminals (should be very low ohms - maybe 3-5 maximum). If the relays test good you probably need part #TCA12346 (DCM) which is the little white box located on the opposite side chassis upright that has a 6-wire harness/plug. I don't know of any tests for this part other than the glow plugs not working (no voltage being supplied to them) and the relays being good.

Found the problem, there was a bad wire connection at the plug for the glow plug relay.

Glad it was a simple fix!
