X530/40 Opinions wanted

So now, besides the X700 series being a strong contender, i am wondering if a X530/40 would do the trick. I know it would do what i ask of it as far as cutting grass goes.
Question is: How would it work for pushing snow with a blade. (Not even considering a blower, since we have a big walk-behind and dont want to duplicate equipment.)

If the x700 has 4wd then you will notice a big difference in traction, if not then I would suggest adding grippier tires to the back and adding weight to you're tractor for improved traction.

I have a X720 and love the machine but the main difference between the X540 and the X720 for pushing snow would be weight, the X720 pushes the scales at about a 1,000 lbs and it has larger turf tires while the x540 has the HP tires. To get the biggest benefit you would need to got to 4 wheel drive in an X7xx.
