Installed a new starter on my x300 and then discovered it wouldn't spark. Eventually I disconnected the kill wire from one of the coils and it started right up. But then when I went to engage the mower blades, nothing.
Any thoughts? I've been tracing wires and trying to find the short or whatever it is. I'm starting to think it might be a bad ignition switch. Help.
