I have a Ford 4610 with a Ford 7209 front-end-loader. Have owned this tractor for over 10 years.
Recently one hydraulic cylinder on the bucket has blown out and been repaired twice by cylinder shop. It blew out again yesterday.
Any body got a fix or some helpful advice.

New hydraulic shop?;)

I'm really just kiddin'. Are you sure the other cylinder is good? If you are, I'd swap the two cylinders side-to-side and see if the same cylinder still blows. To me a cylinder that continually fails when the other one doesn't would indicate that the failing cylinder has something in the bore that is cutting the new seal or that the rod is extending too far out. Does the 7209 loader have mechanical stops or does the bucket roll down until the rods jam up against the jamnut at the end of the cylinder?
