It seems you haven't called yet so I called for you. Mr. Augustine has a nigerian accent. Weird. He wanted me to send him money and he wanted my checking account number and routing number. I couldn't remember it si I read him the phone # off my Bud can. He wanted $5000 to cover expenses and I told him that as soon as I get the $1500 bail back from when my wife goes to court for beating up our son's little league coach and I take back the beer cans in my Chevy Luv pick-up I will be about half way to the $5,000. Then he hung up on me. I am not happy!

I watched "judge judy" once and two people were on the stand because one had borrowed money from the other for a Nigerian scam, lost it and could not pay the other one back. I think it was $2500 and from the look of the parties involved it probably was more money than they'd ever had in their lives.

Terrible that people pull stuff like this, equally terrible that there are enough victims to keep it worth while to the crooks.

You may want to jump on it, it's NOT a Nigerian scam. Country code 229 is from the Republic of Benin, which happens to be right next door to Nigeria but I'm sure that's a coincidence
