Thirty-five years ago we'd have passengers riding on the hood of the tractor, riding on top of an operating baler, beside the forks, and other dumb places without worrying about it at all then one day I watched as my uncle who was standing on the drawbar of a square baler lose his overalls in less than a second. **** lucky he didn,t lose his life as all he could do was hang on to the fender of the tractor and brace himself until the driver could shut it down. Needless to say my outlook on safty changed a whole lot that day.
