So what will happen/be noticed first; torqued loader arms, hydraulic pump failure, odd smell coming from the seat or an engine run dry on oil?

I am not attempting to be judgemental, but it appears that the operator has more Money than "Common Sense". And then again, he may not own the equipment.

My first thought other than safety is he is probably starving the engine of oil running it hard like that at such an angle...Right ?

Look at what his wife posted about the size of the tractor. I imagine we will read about him in the funny papers as my uncle puts it. I have dug out large stumps like this with a mini ex. Proper technique is to ramp down to the base of it with lots of room.
