Why does the title say crane, that ain't no crane.... Seems like a waste for a man lift. We already have huge mobile cranes that can lift a man basket. Money to burn, must be made for a government program.

That is a large man lift but I have worked around cranes that would pick that thing up an set it on the other side of the building with no problem.
