Hi,
I own a 1993 kubota l2250 we use for commercial landscaping. Mulching, raking with drag harrow, moving 300-400# trees, moving pallets of plants. using a PTO auger to drill holes.
I am looking at adding a 2nd larger newer tractor , looking at workmaster 55 and mahindra 4010.
I need a larger tractor to move pallets or rolls of sod which can be 2000# -2500#.
Does anyone here use/have used a workmaster 55 with a
FEL danuser ep6 hydraulic auger 12-24" bits for shrubs and trees?
bobcat rockhound 5b landscape rake (1100# empty)
How well did it run with the 11 gpm flow? the minimum on both equipment is 6 but I have only run them on bobcats which are 15+gpm.
The downside of the mahindra is less gpm albeit a cheaper price. ony 8 gpm vs 11.
The downside of the workmaster seems to be low curb weight at 4,000# probably need a heavy counterweight with it.
I have not seen the workmaster in person only specs it is 2 feet longer than the kubota but 28 rear tires vs 24 so I think a bit higher up. We usualy have fairly large space on commercial sites to manuever but I dont want a tractor too big for the job.
Thanks!
