Kioti CK30
A big thank you to Kioti and Rick Wallace! Kioti sent out new loader arms for my CK30 and Jennings Equipment in Puyallup put them on under warranty! It's been a long road because the original dealership PENINSULA FEED & POWER EQUIPMENT would not help me at all when I bought the tractor used from the original purchaser about a year and a half ago. Wallace helped me with the warranty registration although his dealership is a continent away. I then sent a letter to Kioti. The people at Kioti at first wanted to put the clamp on fix on the loader but since Peninsula had done some welding that also failed they agreed to replace the loader arms. I had just asked for a discount or reduced price but it looks like it's an all or nothing thing for them. I didn't want to jinx it by posting about it while in the process. A week and a half ago I took the loader arms off of the tractor and took them to Jennings. They swapped out the hydraulics from the old arms onto the new ones. Last Thursday I went down picked them up and my wife and I wrestled them back onto the tractor. I had to take the bucket off because I only have a little Ford Ranger for transport. I greased it up and moved a half a dozen loads of rocks today. The new arms are much more rigid.

My work bought a matching orange two whealer because it takes too long for me to get to some of the places I need to go on foot and I don't want to bang up the Expedition. It's a tough job but somebody's got to do it.

GREAT news, makes all us owners feel good. Wallace is raising the bar for all dealers and we all win.

That's kind of funny "raising the bar" cause that's what happens with the loader!

Yea, Yea, Yea, Nice loader fix. But wow, real nice KTM. Much better seat time, It will take you twice as long to get to work, Hit this trail, that shortcut.

I just caved in and got a new one, went to the oppisite end of the lineup though.

Pretty crappy that Peninsula didn't step up. It's good thing that there are dealers like Rick. I'm glad you got it fixed right.

You wrote them an old time "letter"?

I just now went to the "contact us" page. Maybe we'll hear from them..

The kit would be fine.. I guess..

I just bought an 08 KTM 300 XC after a couple of years of riding Honda CRF 4 strokes.
Now I am looking for the right deal on a DK45SE HST.
Then I will be broke for a long while but all set for some great seat time.

Actually it was an email. Kioti responded right away. I loaded the field mower into my Ranger tonight to take to the welder. I want to get a welder and learn how to weld but the CFO says to just take it to the welder for now. It sure was nice using the loader and not see the cracks.

I really don't get much "seat" time on the KTM. It seems I'm always up on the pegs. I don't cross'em up on the jumps like I used to when I was a kid though. I'll leave that to you XC and SX guys. I like to keep both wheals on the ground now. Besides since I ride it at work if I get hurt on it they may take it away. Even though it has a magic button I still managed to mess up my knee kick starting it. Automatic compression release my !@#$. When it backfires it kicks like a mule. Maybe we should make a KIOTI/KTM club.
