Woods LS84 loader in up position. Will not lower

Hello, I have a Woods LS84 loader that works perfectly in all positions except lowering.
The lever will not move forward (to lower loader) Bucket curls up and down fine. Pull lever down to raise loader..works fine.
Also I have noticed the last 2-3 times I used loader that sometimes it feels like lever would catch a little when pushing forward to lower bucket.
It has a small leakdown after a few hours. I parked it and after 4-5 hours it was on the ground. Checked all fittings and disconnected and reconnected all quick disconnects. Lever still will not move forward. Does it sound like an internal problem with the valve control. What should be my next move.

Have you checked the linkages on the loader valve? Seems like something got loose and it's hitting something on the linkage, thus prevent it from moving forward.

Yep - sounds like a quick connect (QD) isn’t seated all the way

Unseated QD would not prevent the lever on the directional valve from moving.

Ptsg in on the right path in checking the linkage from the lever to the valve. Next step would be remove the can assembly that covers the centering spring and detent assembly if valve has detent option. Parts can come loose and cause the spool to not move freely in one direction.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. The problem was at the bottom of the valve, I had lost a cap screw and was loose enough to almost lose a ball.
Replaced cap screw and assembly. Everything working normally again.
