Woods Back Blade won\'t tilt anymore!!

I have a Woods 6' back blade with the tilt option

Unfortunately it won't tilt anymore; When you pull on the "T" pin on the rear of the blade , the pin moves and dis-engages,but the blade is very difficult to tilt. By this I mean
we had a 240 lb diary farmer jump up and down on it as I pulled the pin and was only able to get the blade to tilt slightly in each direction

We tried spraying Fluid Film, Bolt Buster etc on the area where the blade should swivel ,but it seems like that it won't let the spray lube in because that area is sealed

Any suggestions Guy's

With the unit backed up next to a sizeable tree trunk... pull the pin and slowly lift the blade end up/down against the trunk... (you may also want to grease the area of pivot)... also check for bent plates...

as a last resort, you may have to disassemble the blade from the A-frame if bent...
