B7800 died while idling and now won't start at all but does turn over. There is a strange odor and it has some fluid leaking slowly right next to the injectors and where the electrical connector is and smoke was coming from that same area. Seems like fuel problem and or electrical problem causing the fuel problem maybe due to fluid on the electrical? Is that a fuel pump? It was very hot and as I said smoking but does not look burned. I have the front switch under the seat always open and the bottom switch always closed (jumped). That should not be a problem, right?
Have found that the electrical object to which I am referring is attached to the side of the injection pump. I can find no reference to it in the parts manual. It was covered in dirt stuck to the fluid that must be leaking from the injection pump?
Did I get a lemon or what because as I have said before this dang tractor breaks at least every other time I use it and not the same problem.
