Wondering What You Think About Quote

Hello,

I received two quotes today from local dealers on a B7610 HSD-F w/LA352 loader, one with a B/H 7500 or B/H 6500 Kubota backhoe and the other w/a 7.5' Woods hoe.
Dealer #1 said I can have any tire choice for no extra money. I forgot to ask Dealer #2. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Dealer #1 with Woods hoe: $21500 USD
Dealer #2 with Kubota B/H 7500: $21600.
Dealer# also said B/H 7500 is made for the B7800 and I should go with the B/H 6500, which I believe is a 6.5'. Price is then"$20,800.

In your experience, is there any "wiggle room" with this, or are tractor prices "cut and dry"?

If your price does not included tax. My opinion is price is very close list. The 90" BH would be too large for a B7610.
Price for a 7500 BH should be about $6000.

The prices seem to vary state to state. The tractor I will be bringing home tomorrow is a B7610 with LA352 loader, BH4672 Backhoe. The price is $19470. No extra for industrial tires ($100 to have 'em filled). You should know that Kubota Corp. gives dealers a kickback for moving units and that the dealer gets $300 for selling the B7610 model. Ask 'em about that and be ready to see that "I've been found out" look. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

That $300 is called a dealer sales allowance and its how they make changes to the pricing quickly to respond to changes by the competition. Everyone does it, the amounts usually don't change much unless a unit goes out of production. A competitive dealer works that amount into the pricing that they give out up front.
