2009 Troy Bilt RZT 50 (did not see a Troy Bilt section, so admin move a necessary, but it is the same thing as a 2009 CC RZT 50)

Part No. 17BF2ACP011

1. Ran normally before I did the following.
2. Took off the left and right consoles and detached all applicable electronic switches.
3. Took left and right transmission off to change oil.
4. Changed the oil in the transmissions.
5. Put everything back together.
6. With no one in the seat, the parking brake set, both control levers in neutral position, and PTO disengaged the engine will not start.
7. With someone in the seat, the parking brake set, both control levers in neutral position, and PTO disengaged the engine will not start.
8. The engine turns over but there is no spark at the spark the right spark plug, can't check the left one till the wife gets home.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, finally determined I have fire at both plugs, but looks orange on one and blue on other, although both sparks are very thin.

Going to get new plugs tomorrow.

Question--I know I have fuel getting to the carb, but after cranking for 10 seconds on and one minute off for a couple of cycles shouldn't the spark plugs be wet?
