I went to buy a 60" rear blade for my BX2360 at Family Farm and Home. They told me that it wouldn't fit my Kubota. I can't imagine why, but does someone have experience with this that can help me out. They have a smaller blade called the XB series that is more expensive, and orange, which they said is the only one to fit.
I'm looking for my cheapest option for snow removal, and a friend said his rear blade does a great job.
A BX2360 is a Cat 1 hitch, so the 60" KK blade will fit.
The 5' KK lists as 250lb shipping weight. The 5' KK XB lists at 270lb shipping weight. Both show as a 1/4" thick, 14" tall moldboard. I believe in this case, they are either the same or essentially the same blade, just with different paint colors. I'm **** and would probably get the XB unless there was a big price difference, as they do look like they're made for the tractor and the regular KK's are the ugly puke yellow.
Actually some sites show the XB as having a 14" moldboard, others show it as having a 10" and 30 lbs lighter. Who knows. Still, either will fit your tractor.
And as an FYI, around here they are both the same price. So I'd try and work a deal on the XB if I had that small of a tractor, IMO.
