Will a Ford 4000 engine fit in my NAA

I have an opportunity to get my hands on a 4000 engine at a good price but not sure it will fit my NAA that blew the motor

Is it from a 62' to 64' tractor with a 4 cylinder engine? If it is then it will bolt up but be advised you will be putting 40+ HP on a differential designed for 30+, but as long as you do not try to do anything dumb with it it should be alright.
