Can't say on a 4720, but I just flipped the agri tires around on my 790, front and back. The front tires just got flipped around and swapped L - R, but the swapping the rears required me to remove the wheel from the hub, which was pretty easy and straightforward. 'Course, it helped to have a forklift and a 3/4" impact.
The upside has been huge---drastic improvement in sideways stability. Whatever inconvenience caused by the air fitting being on the inside is minor---I mean, how often do you need to change/check your air pressure anyway?
I thought my ditch-digging with a BB or rear blade would be compromised but I haven't really noticed a huge difference. I can still dig ditches just fine. The overlap on my finish mower has changed a little but that hasn't affected anything, really. Also, the front tires are still narrower than the FEL
so I can still drive all the way into a pile as well as cover my tracks on a back-drag (though I think the rear tires are now slightly wider than the bucket).
One thing I am more careful about now---turning in 4WD. I'm much more conscious of taking it out of 4WD in good traction conditions, especially in a turn. I think the wider stance may put more strain on the diffs.
