Can anyone tell me who makes the KRC rotary cutter and is a used 60" worth $500.00

I googled it an found it was distributed by the R.M. Wade Co., but they probably didn't make it. It looks like they operate in the northwest, maybe they can give you more information, especially if they still sell that brand

IMO, a heavily built 60" rotary cutter in decent shape no matter who makes it (as long as you can get parts at tractor supply) is worth $400-$500.
