Whine in 6168cps

So I've got 5 hours on my new 6168cps now, and it's just developed a very loud whine in the hydraulics somewhere. It's at it's worst at 1500rpm and also it acts up when I turn the wheels sometimes. If i go a few hundred RPM above or below 1500, it goes away, but when it's in that range, it's hardly bearable, very loud. My friend from a few hundred feet away said he could hear it from outside.

Is it a hydraulic whine, or coming from the engine.
I’ve never had any noises like that except when I left the third remote on and tried to use the three point.
Let the dealer find and fix it.
