Which Yanmars have key shutoff?

Most Yanmars shut off by moving the throttle all the way forward or back depending on which way your throttle works. I have heard that some Yanmar models shut off by turning the key to off. Can anyone tell us more about that?

My 2620D uses the key switch to shut the engine down.

Most of the XX20, and FX series have this feature. I have seen some bigger F series (ie F20) that have the same feature.
