That is Garmin's Rhino series. They make a 110, a 120 and now a new 130 is due out in the month few months. They are great for people Geo-Caching or groups in the woods.

By way of an update, I received my Garmin 2610 via UPS today from Ephotoclub.com. Everything appears as it should be and the Garmin box was well packed in a shipping box. My total with shipping was $743.47, as promised.
The item was not in stock when I ordered even though the web site had indicated it was so there was a delay in getting it. To be fair, though, I ordered on a holiday and could simply have been beaten to the inventory on hand by other orders. I also notice that the price on this item has increased at virtually every seller I'd checked since I ordered. On this particular site the increase was over thirty dollars but they honored the price I'd gotten when I ordered.
All in all, I'm happy with Ephotoclub.com and would order from them again.
