I hope that everybody is stressing safety _in_ the car, e.g., seat belts. I was county dispatch for 15 years and at least 80% of the fatality accidents I handled were "no seat belts". They work!! Also had a fellow dispatcher who claimed "I was in a bad accident and got thrown clear, I won't wear one" He died a few years later in a survivable accident sitting on his seat belt.
