Hey folks, anyone have suggestions where to pick up WIRE for an little old NH 275 baler. Got two antiques last year and are running just fine Did the small field this 4th, but don't want to run the wire to nothing. For future knowledge, does anyone know if NH supports the old machines, or anyone else that sells parts? Or is this where my welder and milling machine get used. Thanks!!

I see you live in the Seattle area. (I spent 37 years there, almost 35 working in engineering for the Lazy B.) The hay shakers in Ellensburg used to use a lot of wire on their export bales. They'd put them up at 120 pounds with three wires and then when they went to the compressors before they were put in shipping containers they were retightened as I understand it. You might try calling around the equipment dealers in E'burg and see if they can help you.

As far as parts support, most of the manufacturwer's support parts for their machines and you can search on the web for other suppliers.

Do here implement dealers stock baling wire. Too bad your so far away. I pre-bought 12 boxes of wire early last Winter thinking the price would go up. Price stayed the same $65/box and the drought came. I still have boxes of wire in my storage building and no hay to bale.
