You don't say where you're at in Ohio, but if you're close to a larger city, you may check around with a tire dealer that deals in AG tires. I have had tires repaired at a shop locally, that vulcanized a boot (spot reliner) in the rear tire on a Farmall H.
If that is not an option, you may try a tractor salvage yard. There are more than several in Ohio. Anderson Tractor Salvage in Bluffton comes to mind. Also just down the road from them is Spallinger Combine Salvage. If luck would have it they would have a vintage combine with 24's on it. Most were odd ball 26's, but some of the smaller units may have had like a 13.6-24. Maybe even a newer unit, with a "Mud Hog" unit on the back. Both seemed reasonable on parts/tire prices I have gotten there.
Craigslist may even produce something. You may have to search other cities, other than your own area. Someone up north had a new pair of 14.9-24's, for $600.00 a while back. Considering I paid like $429.00 for a new one a couple years ago, that looked like a pretty good deal to me.
Rubber prices are skyrocketing. Just about anything that will hold air, and the sidewalls not busted out, will still bring a few bucks...
