Where TF does Ford and RAM list all their equipment packages for their trucks?

I have 'had it' with going to dealerships as they completely ignore what you want and keep coming back with 'dealership trades' with a bunch of options/packages to run the price up. When the wife and I are shopping we go to Ford's 'build your own' page and select only what we want. Some packages include other things you don't care about but therein you learn what packages really are available, how they are priced AND the total price for the rig as desired. The dealer HAS to honor the price off the website and you will NEVER give you a better deal than that. The sales folk hate it when you do your research beforehand.

And @RB5 is exactly correct that the sales folk rarely know the details about packages and options as their whole directive is to run the price up - not provide you with what you really want.
