Here's another clue. This young lady waved at all the ships coming into port for 40 years waiting for her lover to return. He never did. So they built a memorial in her name. Hush Puppies are served down here.

Way too far north. This city was one that was not burned to the ground by General Sherman in his march to the South during the Civil War by order of President Lincoln.
