As far as I can tell, there was no "hydraulically controlled flag"! No "for sale sign on the tractor" although it did look brand new! It might have been the result of a close encounter with a plow? There was a JD dealer about 15 miles away. He did seem to have pleanty of room to park the tractor some where else. Possibly was mailing in his first payment? No idea... but thought it was an interesting use of a tractor....
