Ballast Wheel weights

Hi all, does anyone know where I can get a set of wheel weights for the front wheels of a JD 4500? Or, any ideas how to make them?

I can't tell you the exact process, but it involves mother in law, chain saw, and plastic bags

Do recommend installing a new chain before or after making the wheelweights?
