Anybody have any pictures of rear wheel weights on a L3200, L3400 or L3800. Or a link. Can't find them on the Kubota site? I'm thinking of ordering a set or two, but would like to see what they look like first.

Thanks!

So nobody has rear wheel weights on their L series?

I probably don't need em. Just thinking about it...

Me too. I'd like to check out some rear wheel weights for my new B2620 and never found any on the Kubota site.

My dealer can order them and said over the years not much call. But recently has had more requests for weights, so might start stocking.

I don't need them for loader work because I use rear counter weight, but I take the loader off for mowing and with some steep hills, more weight on the ground would be nice.

I might just go ahead and order a set or two and bolt em on...

What tires do you have. I have weights on my l5740 with the 26" rims and ag tires.

I have AG tires set out and filled. Traction isn't a problem, just want more weight on the ground.

They are round and have a big hole in the center and are normally painter black with extra holes for bolts for different wheels. For your tractor the after market ones we use are 105lbs per and you can mount up to three sets giving you 630 lbs max. on the rear.

Thanks Art! I'll look around for aftermarket weights.

Yo are doing it backwards to us. Like to staart with the weights first, then load if needed. Found with normal ag tires on normal pulls they work better without fluid in the tire for traction. Many non-business users still load tires.

In the past, I've always had wheel weights and no fluid in the rear tires. The L3800 I just got already had fluid added when I got it. We have a lot of Honey Locus here with the big thorns and flats happen. Fluid makes flats and pain. So far traction has not been a problem...

I have found that other maker's wheel weights will fit on Kubota and others. The bolt pattern on John Deere fit both my former Ford 2110 and a different set would have fit my Kubota L4300 but they went for more than I wanted to pay. For the front of my Kubota L4300 I use knock-off Ford/New Holland skid steer weights. It's OK to buy factory, and I prefer it, but used weights at auction are worth a look.

Yeah, I'm all for used at a good price. Have an old set here that might work with a little riggin. Also have an old tractor place close that likely has something that'll fit. Just curious about the factory Kubota weights.

About how much money for a set of weights? I'd like to start with one set, be they either Kubota or another brand. Thanx, Mike

Weights usually run at least a $1/lb if not more. But they look nice.:D

I don't remember the exact numbers, but Kubota weights for the rear at my dealer are around $154 for a set with bolts. 60-70 lbs per side. Up to 3 sets can be stacked on.

That would be about right with the bolt kits.

I still find it odd that there's no info out there on the Kubota wheel weights? Couldn't find them at all on the Kubota site, or Messick's...
