Anyone have experience with wheel spacers? Im looking to put a pair of tire chains on my Kubota B3200 to get me a bit more traction on packed snow and ice and I don't have a lot of clearance between the tire and the fender wall- maybe and inch or so. I have a FEL and a 60" snowblower on it in winter and seem to slide all over my hilly, gravel driveway. Tires are not currently weighted.
Is there anything to consider or be careful of when adding this modification?
Any input would be appreciated.

Chain clearance is the biggest issue, I ordered chains for my GC1705 Massey and would like to add 1.5-2 inch spacers but I want to put the chains on to see what kind of room I have.

I know there can be a issue with some wheel spacers if you use a MMM.

Thanks Imold! I don't use a MMM so don't have to worry about that.

I bought a set of chains for winter use and found I didnt have enough clearance either. I ordered my spacers from Motorsport Technology out of Reno, Nevada. They will make any size you want. I ordered 3 inchers as I wanted more stability

Is the B3200 a 4x... then to me you need to consider if you need front chains too !

Also, when I lived in New England, I used a Cub Cadet/Yanmar 2450 TLB, and moved all kinds of snow with the FEL.
The only added traction device I used, other than the 4x, was loaded rear R4 tires.
Maybe I was lucky but the little tractor did a lot of snow work for me without much spinning of the tires.

Where is your snow blower mounted ? If front mounted, maybe the rear is just to light in weight, if you do not have an attachment on the rear, maybe a weight box would be good add on and with loaded tires will do the trick !

Bro-Tek makes spacers, should call them and see what they say would work good for your tractor, rear ballast is a good idea also if using a front blower.

Thanks Guys!
I did wind up ordering a set of spacers from Bro-Tek. I also ordered a rear set of chains- Aquiline MPC 12.4-1612416AMPC.

My winter set-up is a Woodsmaxx 60" snowblower on the back and use the FEL with palate forks for transporting my firewood to my back deck with a home made palate/ cart system.

Ill let you know how they work out

Did I interpret something wrong... First post it seems snow blower is on FEL and later post snow blower is on back???

Sorry for the confusion. Snowblower is mounted on the back off the rear PTO, Front end Loader is mounted on the front. The "it" was referring to the tractor, not the FEL. I should have been more clear in my description.
