Wheel rim repair JD 755, 23x8.5x12

I have collected several rims for my old JD 755 MFWD tractor that I've had for 20 years, but it seems that the front tires just like to go flat, especially while operating the front end loader. No blowouts, just slow or steady leaks. In the process of trying to put new tires on these rims, I have bent the rim. I'm curious if these can be repaired?
