Looking at buying a 1995 Wheel Horse 520H with 60"mmm. The guy wants $2000 or best offer. It has 560 hours on it, new rear ag tires. It needs the carb tuned, and a new belt for the mower deck. Anything I should look for, before buying it? Does the 520H have any weaknesses? I heard frame problems and electrical problems. Paint looks good on it. Any ideas on what I should offer?
