What\'s your favorite catalog?

One of the things I enjoy most about having my 15 acres is reading the farm supply catalogs. I am sure that I do not know all the catalog suppliers out there, so what is your favorite catalog for all the good little pieces and gadgets that are needed in rural farm life? Web links or 1-800 phone numbers are appreciated, as I plan to request as many of these catalogs as I can, before my wife tells me to clear them out of the 'library' /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I like northern tools , harbor frieght always have crap i could find a use for . i like those plant catalogs my wife gets but i can't remember the name. i always dream of those trees i could plant around here.
now i like cabelas and bass pro but rarely buy from them.
and since the internet became a part of my life i can search all kinds of junk i don't need! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yup, north winds up to forty of those mphs this afternoon and temps around seventy. With the low humidity, high winds, dry foliage, a fire could rock and roll.

I've got a couple hours of welding this morning on a fence job.

The best catalog in the whole wide world comes from Williams Low Buck Tools. He's on the internet. Man's smarter'n water, he can run uphill with some speed. I also like Centaur Forge, on the internet too, and Woodworld of course.

I enjoy Cabelas and... I have been known to leaf through the Victoria's Secret catalog.

Cabela's!! My wife and I buy a ton of stuff every year, especially for christmas presents. Apparently this hasn't gone un-noticed by Cabela's. This year they sent us a limited edition hard-cover catalog. My wife keeps joking about the "leather bound with gold leaf" Cabela's catalog we'll probably receive next year.

Have you ever been to one of the Cabela's stores? It's like Disney World for hunters!

Tractor Supply Company blue book, it's about 2 inches thick, 464 pages big and crammed with all kinds of goodies. A great way to make ones Christmas wish list. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

You want "big" check out the McMaster-Carr catalog! Its about 5 or 6 inches thick and I don't know how many thousands of pages. Their on-line catalog boasts more than 400,000 items

Sure wish there was just one favorite catalog but I'm stuck with an assortment of equal importance.

There's the looking and dreaming I was young again outdoors type. Then there's the reality and required tools type and last; but not least, we have the paper quality one which serves in places where modern convieniences may not be available. Online doesn't come into play as catalogues are reserved for Throne Room reading.

To keep it on topic, /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif last night I was surfing for pipe notching equipment and found a site, oh what a site, http://www.vansantent.com/ , I lusted like a sixteen year old stuck in the girl's shower. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif So many tools, so little money, so little time, what a dream, I'm off to buy a lottery ticket!

Yesterday we had a day that was just wonderful. It was like spring weatherwise. And it seemed every which way I turned I got involved with friends. It was a diamond in winter.
