What\'s this lever on my dash?

Anyone know what this lever is? (PHOTO ATTACHED). It is secured to the steering column by a clamp similar to a hose clamp so it's not designed to move forward and backward. It does move up and down though. It is circled in red in the photo.

I can't seem to get it to do anything. I haven't taken the cover of the steering column yet to try and trace any wires or anything like that yet. I thought I'd post here to see if anyone knows what it does.

This is a Kubot GL-21 and it has a working tilting 3ph. Well it tilts but I haven't tested any of the feedback circuits as I don't need them. I do all my adjusting manually via the knobs on the control panel. I thought maybe this had something to do with the tilting 3PH but like I said I haven't traced any wires (if any are even in there) to see where they go.

Anyone know?

For what it's worth, I have an Iseki about the the same age. It has the electric 3 point. It has a button located just about where your lever is. It will raise and lower the 3 point when you have the knobs in just the right settings. I set the up limit and the down limit. When I push my button ,it raises to the top limit and when I push it again, it lowers it to the stop. It is handy when using grading attachments.

That is kind of along the same lines as I was thinking. I need to play with th knobs on the electronic hitch some more and see if I can't get that lever to do something like you suggested it might be for.
