I think you should re-think selling it. You are going to take a hit for those 25 hours.:(

Yep.

33k doesnt sound like a spectacular deal you got to start with. (no disrespect intended).

"Build my kubota" on their website is showing ~$28k for the TLB. And everyone always says take about 10% off that MSRP. That puts it at ~25k. And a few grand for the BB and PHD puts it at 27k plus tax ~ 2k for a total of 29k.

I am not saying a new shopper is going to get that, but If I were buying new, that is what I would be shooting for.

That leaves your machine needing to be in the 22-23k range for it to even entice me.

But then again, I am not shopping for a new one.

I think he got enough with his tractor based on previous post, so maybe he'll take the hit:confused2:: Maybe better change the delear and not sell the beauty.

"your telling me, i have had more stupid issues with this kubota. Half of them i have not even posted about.
I bet the dealer has picked up my tractor and taken it back to there shop 10 times since i bought this thing 2 months ago.
4 times for a leaky hydraulic fitting (that still Leaks) its been obsurd."

ya and i got them all fixed and now i have a L3800 in perfect shape with no jerky hitch. so ya i did have a few issues with the dealer and the jerky hitch and the leak, but now its good to go and still full warranty. There is no way its lost 33% of its value in 6 months. get real

I found my invoice it with tax and everything it was 31,300

Having just sold a L3700 - you are looking at $23,000-24,000. Tractors are kind of like car, when you take them off the lot is the largest hit on value.
If you are not in a hurry you may get lucky and get a bit more out of it but if you want to sell it sooner than later you are going to have to be close to the real selling value.
Good luck on your sale

If you own the unit outright/no loans and need cash to close a business deal I would talk to your bank(er) rather than taking a $5-8K hit on selling this to raise cash.

A banker will consider the value and likely give you 60% loan maybe..depending on how risky the "business deal" appears.

Your tractor is worth whatever someone will pay for it today, not what you bought it for - less the taxes, etc. So expect those 25 hrs to cost you about $120-150/hour plus taxes you paid.
