I was looking at a TC21D that is for sale local, machine has been kept indoors, every 50 hrs was dealer serviced. It has 300 hrs.
54 MMM with grass catcher system.
The tractor has no loader and is about 5 years old
What is this tractor worth and what would a loader cost to have put on.
What size hoe would go onto this ? 70x woods?

High $8,500
Med $7,200
Low $6,000

add $850 if Hydrostatic
MMM - $2,500 new, figure + 1,000
Bagger ~$1,500 new, figure + $750

A new Loader is ~$3,000
Woods 70X is the right size hoe ($~7,000), but is not compatible with the mid mount mower. The subframe mounts to the same place as the MMM support bracketry. If you want MMM & backhoe, you'll have to look at Kubota or Deere.

Honestly - if you want a small tlb (tractor loader backhoe) - you're best off buying the whole package used, instead of adding the loader & hoe as new.

If the TC21 + MMM & Bagger is $9,000, add $10,000 for the new loader & hoe, you're at $19,000 - it's not that much more to get a brand new setup especially considering the no or low financing rates offered by the manufacturers.

Hi,

Hazmat's figure look right to me. I did some research some time back since I own a TC21D. Just looking to see what it was worth. I found a few with the same equipment as mine (MMM and FEL). They were all in the $11,000 to $12,000 range. I would always consider looking for at very the least a TC21D with a Loader and Mower in the package. Since its been a while for me being in the market, I not sure but I think that finding a FEL to fit may be a problem. Good Luck!!!
